Despite the holidays, the Revitalization Committee met with and gathered information from potential vendors on how they’d enhance our entrances. All came with stellar recommendations and successful track records. We evaluated the vendors based on their cost-consciousness and efficiency, imagination and creativity, and willingness to work through this process of narrowing down options and costs.
We arrived at one vendor that we believe will do a great job at a fair price and are finalizing bid options with him now. Our plan is to compare notes with board member Bob Rehak, who solicited a bid from another vendor of his choice. We hope to disclose the results in the February board meeting.
None of this activity precludes involvement of our residents, however. The Revitalization Committee will look for opportunities to get your opinions as soon as possible. Stay tuned for more information.
