Transition to Key Access Occuring This Month; How to Obtain a Key

The Kings Forest board and a newly formed Pool Committee have been working feverishly in the past two weeks to take care of the myriad details associated with the transition to key access. The choice of key system having been approved in the June board meeting, the committee set about arranging for reinforced wire mesh to be installed on the entrance gate, keys to be cut, signage to be made, and pool rules and other documents to be drafted.
So when will the transition to key access take place? There will be an official Pool Registration Event on Friday, July 25 (see information below). However, Crystal Pool Services, due to a shortage of lifeguards, will no longer provide services after July 20. So if you wish to have access to the pool between July 20 and July 25, we’ve made arrangements for you to pick up keys from committee members.
How can you obtain your key? There are several alternatives:
• The Pool Registration Event on Friday, July 25, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Refreshments will be served. It will be a great opportunity to meet the new board, in addition to finding out everything you want to know about the new pool operation.
If you want to obtain your key before July 25, we have a team of people who will personally handle your registration.
Between July 15-19 – Ginny Eckley at arthread@embarqmail.com. Phone: 281- 415-9688
Weekend of July 19-20 – Cheri Baker at mcotbaker@netzero.net. Phone: 281-960-0023
July 21-24 – Lois Vance at lhvance@kingwoodcable.com. Phone: 281-360-5332
There is a pool use agreement that you’ll need to sign, stating you understand and will abide by the pool rules. This information will be distributed to your mailbox before July 15. Please bring this agreement with you to the Pool Registration Event on the 25th, or give it to the team member listed above when you obtain your key.
